My model number doesn't show any results. I have triple checked this number on the door jamb. I have a Whirlpool Imperial Series Heavy Duty Super Capacity 7 cycle 4 temperature dryer. The tub keeps rotating after the door is open and the dryer does not heat. Thank You.

The door switch 3406107 may be the problem with the drum turning when the door is open. Regarding no heat, there are several things that can cause the dryer not to heat including restricted venting, a failed element, a blown thermal fuse or thermostat.
