My model number doesn't show any results. I have triple checked this number on the door jamb. I have a Whirlpool Imperial Series Heavy Duty Super Capacity 7 cycle 4 temperature dryer. The tub keeps rotating after the door is open and the dryer does not heat. Thank You.

Jim Gander for Model Number LGN000HQ1

ANSWER Hello Jim, you might want to look one more time and see if you have a "1" after the LGN which would make your model LGN1000HQ1. It should come up on our website but here's a link just in case. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/parts-for-whirlpool-lgn1000hq1.html The door switch 3406107 may be the problem with the drum turning when the door is open. Regarding no heat, there are several things that can cause the dryer not to heat including restricted venting, a failed element, a blown thermal fuse or thermostat. Here's a link to help you narrow down the problem. Thanks! http://www.appliancepartspros.com/repair-help/dryer-repair-help.html#gas
