Dryer overheated, I have cleaned blocked duct and replaced Whirlpool/Kenmore dryer thermofuse 3392519. Dyer still will not come on, getting power checked ohms. Are there other fuses I need to replace?
Greg for Model Number Whirlpool gew9259 pw0
ANSWER Hello Greg,
If the unit starts but does not heat then you may want to check your hi limit thermostat 3391914 and your thermal cutoff 279973. These can be checked for continuity using multi meter. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
