Power button is on and all lights on panel are on. When I press start button 9 out of 10 times it does not start. Dryer works fine when it does start.

ANSWER Hello John,
You may want to check to make sure that your door switch W10201787 has continuity through it when the door is closed. You will want to check while part is still on unit. If the door is not closing properly then it will cause door to not engage the door switch.
