Was using dryer and turned on vacuum cleaner. Power to house blew out and came right back on but dryer stopped working because of it. I checked the door switch by pushing it in and then hitting the start button and the start button made a noise like it wanted to start but would not. Checked belt and it is fine. I replaced the door switch last year. Is it the thermal fuse as I was told by Danielle at 1 877 477 7278. She was awesome by the way.

ANSWER Hello Brian,
There is a possibility that you could have a bad thermal fuse3392519. To check thYou can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
e fuse you will need to use a multi-meter and check for continuity. If there is no continuity then you will need to replace the fuse.
