I think my dryer is overheating.
When running on Air Dry, it will work for 20 minutes without a problem.
When I use the High Heat setting, it will shut itself off after a couple of minutes. Also, once this happens the machine refuses to run again for a few minutes. It will eventually start running again.
I've been looking around on your awesome website, but I am not quite certain what part would help me correct this problem.
Thanks in advance!

ANSWER Osegeio, Chances are very likely the issue is not in the thermostats, fuses, or heater. The issue is most likely in the timer 8299779,or the wiring harness. Based on the information, there is more likely a shorted contact or wire, "backfeeding" voltage to the motor 279827 and causing it to overheat and open the motor overload switch. You'll need to check your timer contacts, and wiring using a multi meter and the wiring diagram in the dryer to trace and track the circuits.
