My dryer stopped tumbling. The belt is not broken and the dryer gives off heat. The fan works.

ANSWER Hello Art. If there is power coming to the motor, and the motor does not run, you will need to order and replace the motor on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
