I pulled out the fuse and checked for continuity, when touched I got the beep so I assume that it is working. I pulled the thermistor out and set the multimeter to 20K, tested and it read about 11.25 on the multimeter. Like I said the dryer was running, then there was a popping noise then it turned off. It has power but when you hit start it beeps and you see the sensing light come on. I did the diagnostic and got the error f25 which makes you think its the thermistor. However isnt the reading I am getting make it sound like its working? Anything else it can be??
thanks

ANSWER Hello Jeff,
If you are check the exhaust thermistor and it reads at 11.25K then this would be correct if the temperature is between 70 and 80 degrees. If you are checking the inlet thermistor the resistance should read 49- 51k at 77 degrees. Check the wiring from the thermistor to the control for breaks or damage. If all this checks ok then you would have a bad control board.
