I watched a video on "how to replace a thermal fuse" on this model number. The guy took off the back of the dryer to replace the part. The back of my dryer seems to be fused to the sides and will not come off. How do I get to the thermal fuse to replace it? Thanks.
ANSWER Hello Trish. On the model number you provided, the toe panel on the front of the dryer needs to be removed to access and replace the thermal fuse 3392519 on the unit.
