Hi there, I just noticed that my clothes were not drying, and it seems that my dryer has only been blowing (cool?) air and not heating. Does this have to do with the heating element? I do realize this is an older make, so I'm not sure if this part is even still available or if this is the issue with the dryer at all. I'm hoping to be able to fix this ourselves, but have really no experience with this. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

ANSWER Samson, If you haven't yet, check and reset both the breakers a few times, then re check for operation and heat. There are several components involved in the heat circuit of your dryer, the two thermostats, thermal fuse, heater and more. The reccomendation at this point is to invest in multi meter TJMA-DM1 so you can check for "open" component circuits, wires and voltages. It'll be less frustrating in the long run.
