I have installed a new replacement ice maker it was installed properly and the tube is not clogged frozen. I get good water flow to the door but the new ice maker is not making ice the same problem we had with the old ice maker. Is there another thing to check?

ANSWER Hello John. If icemaker is new, and the fill tube is not frozen, you will need to replace the water valve 2188542 on the unit.
