I need to replace the bottom (Baking) element too. But the connections to the element seems to be welded to the bottom element, what do I do? Thanks.

ANSWER Hello Emmanuel. The connections are tight on the element Y04000066. If they are welded onto the element, you will need to cut the element wires and crimp on new terminal onto the wires. You will need to use high temperature terminals TJMA02875-1. Hope this helps.
