My left front large burner gets really hot and when I turn it down, the temperature will not go down. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Could you tell me what parts I need to replace it? Thanks

ANSWER Hello Colleen. If the unit works sometimes and sometimes it does not, you will need to order and replace the switch 3149400 for the element.
