small burner on triple bruner dose not work by it self

ANSWER Edward, You will need to check the circuitry of the burner selector switch 7403P255-60 Heres how to test it "Remove and label wiring from 1, 3, 5, 7. Connect volt/ohms meter to 1 and 3, move selector switch to Triple ... should have continuity (closed circuit) Connect volt/ohms meter to 5 and 7 and move selector switch to Dual .... should have continuity(closed circuit)." and heres some meter usage information, should you need it. [http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html] if the switch checks proper, look for a damaged orange wire or you'll need a new triple element 74011093, but thats not likely at this point.
