I need to replace the Right End Cap that supports the pantry drawer. This is Whirlpool part number 12656020. Is this a difficult replacement? It appears that this part just snaps into place, is that correct? How do I remove the old End Cap? I am using this part on a Jenn-air refrigerator Model Number JFC 2089 HPY.
Where can I find instructions to make this replacement?

The end cap does not just snap into place. There should be 3 screws that are 1/4' hex head to remove. Once you remove the screws then you will transfer parts from old endcap over to new endcap.
