Right side dowel for deli lid snapped. Is this the correct replacement part and is it easy to install or do I need to call for service? Thanks!

ANSWER Hello Leslie! The right end cap is part number 12656021. You will remove the drawer and remove the screws securing the end cap to the side wall. Then install the new support in the unit. Hope this information helps you, thanks!
