I NEED TO REPLACE THE UPPER DISHRACK AS IT IS 19 YEARS OLD THIS FALL AND THERE IS A LOT OF THE POSTS ROTTED. JUST LOOKING AT IT IN GENERAL THE ONLY THING I SEE TO REMOVE THE RACK FROM THE TRACK IS TO REMOVE THE RIGHT AND LEFT END CAPS. IS THERE ANY SIMPLE WAY OF REMOVING THEM FROM THE CUTOUTS WITHOUT BREAKING THEM OR DO YOU RECOMMEND BUYING A PAIR OF NEW ONES.
ANSWER Bruce, you can replace the upper dishrack 3369903 by removing the end caps. You may have to use something like a butter knife to help pry them out if they have never been removed before. If you are ever in need of the end caps the part number is 300845. Thanks!
