I'm trying to replace the right side end cap for the deli drawer. I read all the answers and can't match what I see with what you wrote--I don't see the screws within the end cap or on the rail to be able to remove anything. Please provide instructions on how to replace the right side end cap. I am not a repair person but I am handy and your written instructions in the Q&A's are not detailed enough for a homeowner who is not a repair person. Thanks.
ANSWER The endcap will have screws that hold it in place. If you remove the crisper drawers, the deli drawer the deli drawer cover and look at the endcap, there will be 3 insets that will have screws in them. These screws are 1/4" hex screws that you remove and then slide the endcap forward and it will come off.
