I have the same problem with my evaporator pan. Is like it expanded as a balloon. The other person ask you, what caused the evaporator expansion and you didn't respond the answer. It looks like this problem is a factory evaporator defect and we need to know why that happened.
ANSWER Hello Jose. Over a period of time parts tend to break down due to use. The manufacture does not offer a reason the evaporators are doing this, other than normal wear on the part. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the evaporator W10218037 is bad and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
