I have the same question as Jennifer did regarding the insert and facade. The cheap plastic of the facade has cracked and one button has broken out completely. Will the new insert fit the old facade? Can you be more specific than "the insert won't look right after the repair"?

ANSWER Hello Rick. Yes, you can install an insert 67004121 into the facade, but if you do not do it properly, it will not look right. It does fit the unit. Hope this helps.
