I have a 2008 Amana washing machine,stainless tub,super capcity plus/sofsound
1/3 speed select/710 rpm. when the spin cycle starts it is so loud u think it's getting ready to fly out the door. please help me fix the problem.

ANSWER Roger, can you isolate the noise to a specific area, bottom of the washer, bottom of the tub, top of the tub etc. At this point it sounds like you have a worn out spin bearing/milk stool and or tub bearing assembly,W10116790 , 40004001, it's a pretty involved repair, but it's do able.
