Hi. The insulation on the top of the oven has been damaged by mice. I have removed the insulation on the top, but not the sides. Is it okay to just replace the insulation on top? Thanks for the help.

As long as insulation is present to prevent the heat from escaping and causing a safety issue, there should be no problem.
