Had a guy from a certified whirlpool company come in and look at the washer (FH kept flashing on screen. Means insufficient water... I changed the inlet hoses, flushed calcium depsoit out etc....but still FH. Thus called repair guy) my question is, is the flowmeter part cost about$65?(thats what he says it is) I saw online prices from $4-$55 and dont know why the big price difference. Also, I read to check the flower meter pressure that u can blow into it and use another thing to measure the pressure. My guy didnt do that. I just want the washer to work and be sure that the guy is doing it right and not scamming me. I appreciate ur input....I hate being the helpless gal. Thanx!
ANSWER Hello DD. Yes, W10110225 is the correct flow meter for the model number you provided, and can be the cause of the error code. When you install this part, make sure the large circle where the impeller is, is facing downward and is not turned any way toward the sides or top. Hope this helps.
