I have checked everything you previously suggested. That is not the problem. Any other suggestions for NOT HEATING other than the heating element?

Lou for Model Number Maytag MDE8400AYW

ANSWER Hello Lou. If all of that is good, then the motor or the timer is bad and will need to be replaced. You can test from the heater and see where you are losing voltage at on the unit. Then replace the part that is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
