Replacing refrigerator door gasket-fips w10443225 on kitchen aid model kbfs25evm500. R door, no sweat. Pulled off old one , pushed in new one.
Now. L door, what's the work around to get under that swinging 3"wide panel that forms the center column??
I assume it needs to be removed to allow seating the gasket, but can't see how to remove it.
To take of the center bracket you would open it up and there is a screw in the center of the door that holds the part. Once you remove the screw, you would then you will lift the mullion up and off the door.
