I am replacing water lines to the water dispenser and ice maker. The tubing on both lines deteriorated and cracked. How do I replace the line from water filter to the solenoids ? Also, should I replace water solenoids or water valves at same time? A metal fringe washer in the valve tore when pulled out the tubing after removing the grommet. Does the tubing kit include enough tubing for both lines? Also the insulation around compressor is deteriorated.
ANSWER Steve E., The insulation on the compartment cover is non essential, it's there for noise abatement, but don't remove whats there. If you've damaged a water valve, you'll need to repalce the damaged valve, there is no repair. 12001892 and 61005626 and yes there will be enough tubing to repair the water filter system 61004391. Thanks and Good Luck
