The refridgerator was moved to put in a new kitchen floor. When it was replaced and the water turned on, water came from the water spout inside the unit but no ice was being made. On the back of the unit, a water input line seemed to be loose as it entered the unit (a foot or so above the floor). The input line had a small metal liner and was then leaking when I attempted to reattach it with the clamp to the unit. I removed the cover before I examined it. What can be done to fix the problem? Who might be able to help?

ANSWER Jim, did you check the valve or valve body for possible damage or cracks 67005154 when the refrigerator was moved ? the tube B5705307 and insert A3223101 don't normally leak, without obvious damage. You also want to check and make sure there are no loose wire connections at the fill valve green or yellow solenoid.
