My icemaker is freezing up and water overflows into the freezer. I bought the replacement icemaker from you but it appears the thermal fuse may be blown, thus not heating and then freezing up. I can't seem to remove the wiring harness from the sidewall of the freezer. It has an oval cap/plug and there is no screw holding it in place. Does it pull straight out, go up, down, forward back or what??? How do I remove it???

ANSWER Hello Mark. The plug ahould pull out from the wall. If not, you will need to remove the cover of the icemaker and unhook the wiring from there.
