My icemaker stoppoed working. I tried defrosting it because water was not coming out. I also poored water into the tray and let it freeze but it has not dumped out the ice yet. Should I replace the pump or the icemaker?
ANSWER Hello Laurie. If the water that was poured in did not dump, you will need to replace the icemaker, not the water valve on the unit.
