The ice maker quit producing ice. Arm is in the correct position. Water is getting to dispenser. Before it quit we were having some problems with clumping.
ANSWER Hello James,
You will want to check the motor module for the icemaker. Pull cover off and check to see if the pins in the big center gear is broken. If broken unit will not make ice. Also pull icemaker out and check to make sure that the fill tube is not frozen. A frozen fill tube would indicate a seeping water valve. You can test to make sure that icemaker is cycling by jumping t to h on the motor module. If the pins on the wheel are broken you will need a new icemaker D7824706Q.
