All my fuses and thermostats show continuity but I cannot get the heater to heat. I connected the heater box and those two fuses on the heater box directly to an outlet and it started heating. Not sure where to go from here. Thanks for your help. Phil

ANSWER Hello Phil. You will need to remove the wires from the heater and test and see which wire is dropping 120 volts ac. There should be 120 volts ac on each wire. Once you determine which wire is dead, you will trace the wire and see if it leads to the motor 915P3 or the timer 502963. You will need to replace the part that is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
