Per your response, I checked the drain, blowing thru a piece of clear tubing/hose I pressed on to the drain hole. The drain is clear and the hot water I poured thru it to thaw the ice dam ran freely. The Refrigerator is level, side to side and front to rear. Any other ideas what is causing or allowing this ice to form in the defrost drain hole ? Thank you.
ANSWER Hello Wilson. Check and make sure there is no damage around the drain hole, where the water can collect from the defrost cycle and freeze. If so, you will need to repair the damaged part. Hope this helps.
