Gas ignites and only stays on for 5 seconds then shuts off. I have done the following: Cleaned the unit components and ductwork completely. Replaced blower wheel, burner assembly, all three coils on the gas valve and ignitor. Tested the Hi temp thermostat and it showed continuity. Then by-passed the thermostat by disconnecting the part and connecting the leads together. The gas ignited but the flame still shut off after 5 seconds. I have run the unit with the front panel on to insure proper air flow. What's next?

ANSWER Hello,
The only thing that can cause the issue is either the neutral is being dropped through the centrifugal switch in the motor, or the gas valve has a mechanical issue.
