Dryer wont heat. Vents clear. Took heating element to repair place and was ok. They felt was thermostat. Gave me ER279769 but got home and was 3391914. Will this work or do I have to go back?

You will want to look at the thermostat to make sure it has the same rating. The 3391914 says that it is good afor 146.1f -44.4c. If the part you received is not this rating then you would want to get correct part.
