I have purchased the hinge assembly. Now I need to know the process in replacing the old one. Does the front cover just snap off as well as the next piece before the hinge. I have been looking at the diagram when I ordered the hinge.
ANSWER The first step is to remove the screws that hold the hinge to the front of the cabinet and lift straight up. This will disengage the hooks that hold the door in position while the screws are removed or reinstalled. Next, lay the assembly on its' face with the inside of the door facing up. You will need to remember what screws you take out from which holes because they are different. Also, before disassembly, look at the glass and remember or take a picture with you phone of which side of the glass goes toward the top of the door assembly. From here it's just a matter of removing enough screws and once the hinge assembly is in position, putting the screws back in their proper holes.
