Where is the drain hole located ?

ANSWER Hi Cheryl. The tub has a drain hole at the 6;00 position. It has a sump hose that connects from there to the pump intake. It is part # 8540012. Make sure it is clear. Then you need to clean the pump and make sure the drain hose is not clogged also. The pump is part # W10130913. If the impellor is loose on the shaft of the pump , you will need to replace the pump.
