ANSWER Hi Joe. The freezer damper assy. part # 61005989 is the control assy. that controls the amount of freezer air entering the fresh food section. If this remains closed then it will create issues. Also remove the middle crisper drawer and look to see if the return air duct. assy flap part # 61006081 is not broken and is hanging closed. It has to allow the fresh food air to return to the freezer evaporator area in a circular motion to keep fresh the food interior cold. Thank You.
