I ordered a new filter housing from you, how do you disconnect the two water lines from the old hosing? I see gray round clips which looks like they should be removed so you can unplug the water lines? Will the new housing come with instructions on how to connect the water lines?

ANSWER John, You're on the right track, to remove the water tubes from the filter housing connectors, you need to press down /in on the gray colored rings surrounding the tubes, and pull the tube out. When you attach the tubes to the new component, press down / in on the gray ring, insert the tube as far in as possible, then release the ring, then tug out on the tube lightly to insure the tube is locked and sealed into the housing.
