I think I need to replace the housing unit for my water filter. I've unattached the 2 water lines that go into the housing. Now, how do I get the actual plastic housing unit out from underneath my refrigerator? It gets stuck whichever way I try. Thanks.

ANSWER Jennifer, You should be able to do all the work from the front of the refrigerator. We'll send you some additional information but, once you remove the filter cap, filter and the lower kickplate/grille, you'll remove the two(2) screws holding the filter housing to the frame, turn the housing 90 dgrs. and slide the assembly out. Reverse the procedure and flush a gallon or so of water through the door dispenser.
