Thank you for your help so far. Here's where I'm at. I did a 6 hr thaw with the power off and the doors open. After a thorough cleaning and restoring everything, the ice maker still did not work and the food started to freeze again after several hrs.

ANSWER Hi Erik. Inside the fresh food by the light bulb is a temperature thermistor. It is part # 12002355. It is there to sense the temperature for the main control board in each cavity. It will affect the correct operation of the temperature controls and also the defrost cycle time. The freezer thermistor is on the rear wall cover just to the left of the evaporator fan assy. It is part # 12002355. Make sure your water fill tube is not clogged. Make sure your water supply line is not kinked behind the unit and the supply valve is open. Ohm out the water valve coils as so they are not shorted or open. Is the ice maker paddle in the out position ? Is the ejector blades stopped with a bent arm that is stopping it from cycling. Is the switch in the on position ? It is part # W10519364. If the damper is not operating correctly it will stick in the open stage and the freezer air will be too cold in the fresh food. It is part #W10127427. Thank you.
