My baffle is cracked and will not allow the dispenser to work. I can order a new baflle but does anyone have instructions to remove the baffle? Is there a special tool needed to remove the E-ring from the end, allowing you to remove it?
ANSWER Natalie, A small flat blade screw driver (1/8 to 1/4 in.wide) works rather well. insert the end in one of the gaps between the shaft and E clip, and twist the screwdriver. The clip will expand as you twist, and come off the shaft, just be carefull and don't loose the E clip. Good Luck and Thanks
