ANSWER Frank,You'll need to remove and empty the ice bin(you may want to save the existing ice in a cooler) You then need to relese the decorator front from the bin assembly( most covers snap into position on the yop and bottom) be carefull.Remove the nylon nut and washer from the auger shaft, then remove the hex head screws holding the blade cover to the bin assembly. You can then remove the dispenser door from the shift lever and install the new. Good Luck and Thanks
