Can anyone help me??? I have a Roper Refrigerator up/down Model #RT18DKXKQ00, equiped for Icemaker, but never had one installed, will the #8560 meet my needs, if so can I use either copper line or plastic line to connect to my water source? Can I connect to my water heater somehow, I think some one might have done it in the past? Thanks In advance...Doyle

ANSWER Hello Doyle. Yes, you can use the icemaker kit 8560 in the model you provided. You can use the water line kit TJ9PIMKIT25 for the hook up, but it needs to be cold water coming to the icemaker. Hope this helps.
