Hi. We have water running in back of freezer running over and collects at bottom of freezer.. I was going to order tubing from you but wanted to know if you think this is most likely problem. Thank you so much.
ANSWER Hi Angela. If no one has remove the fill tube or the ice maker then the fill tube should be OK. The ice maker controls the water valve to send the 6 seconds of water to the ice maker. If the ice maker is shorted it will continuously fill and over flow. Is the water coming down the back wall of the ice market area? If so it is part # 4317943. If the water is coming out of the drain pan area (behind @ lwr. back wall), Then it is a drain hole plugged and the back wall needs to be removed and the hole unplugged with hot water and catch the overflow with a towel.
