The ice cubes are not sticking to the tray. The problem is the tray after it dumps the ice cubes is not completeing the cycle and is tilted when the water goes to fill the tray and the water goes into the ice bin and makes blocks of ice. What would cause this to happen? Will I need to get the replacement kit?
