I recently ordered a new ice maker motor module from you, it arrived quickly but, it did not produce ice. Your staff sent me a replacement, and it also did not produce ice. The unit has 123 V supply, but testing for the thermostat (on the T and H terminals) it shows 0 voltage. Am I missing something?
ANSWER Hello Jed. You can not test the terminals. You need to use a jumper wire and jump both out to cycle the icemaker with the light switch turned off. If there is no power then, you will need to order and replace the defrost control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
