My ice maker no longer makes cubes . but water floods it to the point of overflow resulting in one large block in the bottom of the freezer. norcold model 1200RIM

It sounds like you either have a frozen fill cup or deteriorating icemaker. If the fill cup is freezing over then you would have a bad water valve which is allowing water to come into the icemaker when the unit is not calling for it. Tricking in. If the mold is deteriorated then the icemaker would leak, usually at the bottom. If this is the case you would need to replace icemaker.
