Hi, I installed this icemaker for my KitchenAid (KSRV22FVBT00) about a week ago. I thought this was what I needed to do, since the old one had no trouble filling with water and freezing, it just wouldn't eject the ice. But now after a week there's no water in the tray and no activity at all. Any ideas?
ANSWER Hello Paul. Check and make sure the icemaker is plugged up good and the unit is turned on in the freezer. If not, it will not produce ice.
