I've watched the repair video where it says this replacement icemaker comes with a couple of different wiring harnesses and you should pick the one that works with your icemaker. My icemaker has the white plastic plug that goes into the icemaker but at the other end, the wires go directly into the wall of the freezer with what looks like a waterproof seal putty or something sealing where it leaves the freezer. In other words, the wiring harness has only the plug at the icemaker end and no plug at the other end. So obviously, I can't use any of the included wiring harnesses, I'd have to use my plug that is attached to the freezer. Should that work with this replacement icemaker?
ANSWER Hello Gary. Yes, just use your wiring harness with the unit.
