The idler pulley is screaming like a banshee. I sprayed the shaft with silicone, but that only helped for one load. Do I need to replace it or is there something else I can do. And if I replace it should I replace the belt at the same time?

ANSWER Hello Scott. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the idler pulley 691366 is bad and will need to be replaced. You can check the belt for wear. If there is some, it might be a good idea to replace it as well. Hope this helps.
