I'm replacing this pulley even though it does not look worn but wondering what side needs to be inward. There is a slight bevel on one side. I've also been trying to get the belt back on but it does not want to get tight. I'm wondering if someone might have put on a wrong belt. I was getting the same ticking noise as a previous question.
